In any case, what (I suppose) you're referring to is that they had a low score and, in consequence, they ended up getting blammed and sent to the Obituaries.
As for the ''why...'' I wouldn't know what to tell you, because I don't know (or at least, I don't really remember) what they were about, in first place, but I guess that they weren't just of enough quality to pass the Under Judgement, so... yeah.
Would you mind to tell me a single name of one of the submissions? I would like to check up something.
